Our cooperation includes finding a development project, sale negotiations, business plan, project planning, construction license, construction works and building authorisation and if necessary, we can offer our help in selling the property. Altogether with real estate purchase, investment estimates start from 800 000 euros, depending on the location (town) and the project.
So far in collaboration with investors we have executed two developments, during which we have reinvigorated several buildings in the heart of Pärnu which are protected under heritage conservation. Apartments have been sold and the rate of return for both projects is more than 20 per cent.
