Insulation of the foundation and facade of a private house (completed in 1975). All previous coating material was removed to the load-bearing structures. Damaged structures in the walls and foundations were demolished. The load-bearing structures were reinforced and restored. Our contract included the structural design and design of technical units together with construction work. The colors of the exterior and the choice of materials were clearly envisioned by the client.
