Restoration and reconstruction of Kuninga 18 (1695) in Pärnu.
The building under heritage protection was restored (built-in 1695). Our contract included the design of constructive and technical units together with all construction work. The load-bearing structures were rebuilt according to the new spatial solutions. The project was extremely complex and detailed. Structures and details of cultural value were preserved and restored and are exhibited. Unique decisions in interior design were made in close cooperation between the architect, the client, and the heritage protection specialists. The end result was dignified and timeless.
