Reconstruction of the second floor of the office building.
Reconstruction works of an old Soviet-era office building built in 1958 on the second and third floors. The entire old spatial solution was demolished and the finishing layers were removed up to the load-bearing structures. Instead, new spacious office premises with a unique interior design were built. The project was extremely complex and detailed. The load-bearing structures were rebuilt according to the new space solutions. Our contract included the design of constructive and technical units together with construction work. Unique interior design decisions were developed from the masterful cooperation between the interior architect and the client. The end result is an impeccable masterpiece, created in collaboration with excellent experts and meets the high standards for quality.
