Replacement and restoration of the roof of an 1910 apartment building in Pärnu.
Replacement of the roof together with tower restoration of a residential building from the first era of the Republic of Estonia, which has six apartments and a ground floor shop, in a milieu-valuable area. The rusted details of the tower were replaced by 100% identical copies by the experts. The roof had old log structures that were damaged and they were replaced with new structures. The historic exterior made the building valueable. Our contract included the design of constructive and technical units together with construction work. Structures and details of cultural value were preserved in their place, restored, and exhibited.
